1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the irokok platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other interface we provide — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the irokok platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to these terms constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the irokok platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Being at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not subject to any legal prohibition that prevents you from participating in online gaming activities.
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme from any gaming platform.
• Acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration and while using the platform.

Irokok reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm a member's eligibility. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the irokok platform. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated, with balances returned after deduction of any applicable administrative costs.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential.
• Ensuring no other party uses your account without your permission.
• Notify irokok immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur, especially your banking details and phone number.

KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. Documents typically requested include a valid Malaysian identification card and proof of ownership of the registered bank account. The process is completed within 24 hours on business days.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Irokok accepts deposits via a range of supported payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and local bank transfers. Deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account within minutes.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made via a payment method registered under the same member's name.
• Irokok does not accept third-party deposits.
• Any deposit suspected to be suspicious will be temporarily frozen pending investigation.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are only processed to a verified bank account registered under the same member's name.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for e-wallet methods and up to 24 hours for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals involving bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Irokok offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus offer has its own terms and requirements, as stated on the respective promotions page.

The general terms applicable to all irokok bonuses are as follows:

• Every bonus carries a wagering rollover requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Members may only claim bonuses designated for their category (new or existing).
• Irokok reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if promotional abuse is suspected.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.

6Game Rules & Results

All games available on the irokok platform are operated using a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system verified by independent international testing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is random, fair, and cannot be manipulated.

In the event of a dispute regarding game results:

• Irokok's system records are final and binding.
• Any claim of a technical error must be reported within 48 hours of the incident.
• Winnings arising from technical errors or system bugs are void and will not be paid out.
• Irokok reserves the right to void or correct any game transaction that is proven to have occurred as a result of a technical error.

7Prohibited Conduct & Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the irokok platform and may result in permanent account suspension or termination:

• Registering multiple accounts by the same individual or on behalf of another person.

• Collusion between players to exploit bonus or promotional systems (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Using another person's payment information or identity without authorisation.
• Any activity that may be classified as money laundering through the gaming platform.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the irokok platform.

8Account Suspension & Termination

Irokok reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that a member does not meet the age or legal eligibility requirements.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system exploitation.
• Request from a valid legal authority.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the irokok customer support team. Any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal within 3 to 5 business days once all requirements are met and verification is complete.

Any remaining balance in an account terminated due to a breach of these terms may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

9Liability Limits

The irokok platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, irokok is not liable for:

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Financial losses resulting from legitimate game outcomes.
• Unauthorized account access resulting from a member's failure to keep their password secure.
• Data loss caused by hardware or software failure on the user's end.

In all circumstances, the maximum liability of irokok to any member shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, brand names, graphics, user interfaces, and software on the irokok platform are the property of irokok or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are not permitted to:

• Copying, modifying, or distributing any platform content without written permission from irokok.
• Using the irokok brand name or logo for commercial or personal purposes without authorization.
• Creating derivative works based on the irokok platform's software or content.

11Responsible Gaming

Irokok is committed to promoting healthy and responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, temporary self-exclusion breaks, and permanent self-exclusion options.
